Raphah Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to bringing healing, restoration, and wholeness to individuals and communities in need..
WHY RAHPHAH?
The word "Raphah" is rooted in the Hebrew concept of healing and restoration. It reflects our deepest conviction rooted in Jeremiah 30:17: that every person deserves to be made whole AND not treated as an outcast because of mental illness or substance misuse.
Our Mission
To Heal. To Restore. To Make Whole.
RAHPHAH is more than a name, it's a framework. Each letter represents a pillar of our work: Research, Advocacy, Healing, Practice, Hope, Action, and Humanity. Together, these guide how we show up for communities who have been overlooked, underserved, and underestimated by traditional systems of care.
OUR APPROACH
We pursue a model of care that is evidence-based, faith-centered, and culturally resonant. We bridge psychiatry, addiction medicine, and community health, not as separate disciplines, but as interconnected systems that must work together to produce lasting change. Our work focuses especially on people and communities living at the intersection of health inequities and social determinants of health.
We work alongside communities, not just for them. Our programs are built on relationship, dignity, and a long-term commitment to transformation. We partner with local leaders, service providers, and advocates to ensure our work is both effective and sustainable.
Our process is simple and thoughtful.
